Jackie, Office Manager

Jackie is pure energy and good vibes—think warm smiles and lots of 90s pop culture references. She’s the first to lower the thermostat (because her warmth comes from personality, not the heat!) and works closely with Dr. Albert making sure every patient and team member feels like part of the family.

Off the clock, Jackie is chasing her two little ones -- hitting her daily step goal in the process! She loves getting her hands dirty gardening with her son – so much so that she’s now a certified expert in explaining where plants go when they…unfortunately, kick the bucket. And fun fact: she’s fluent in Pig Latin, just in case you ever need a secret office conversation!

Clara, Dental Assistant

Clara is a pre-dental student bursting with energy and ambition! Her enthusiasm, curiosity, and caring personality make patients feel comfortable and confident at every visit. When she’s not at work, Clara is dancing, blasting pop music, and hanging out with friends—bringing positive vibes everywhere she goes!

Jay, Dental Assistant

Jay is a creative force with a flair for artistry and self-expression. Whether she’s experimenting with makeup, styling hair, or creating content, Jay’s artistic vision shines in everything she does.

She’s also a festival-goer, concert lover, and brings creativity to the office (and inspiring us all along the way!).

Lily, Dental Assistant Lead

Lily is a proud Houstonian and lifelong Astros fan! She’s detail-oriented and always making sure patients feel cared for. On top of that, she’s working toward her nursing degree because new challenges keep her motivated and quick on her feet. Lily also enjoys staying active and enjoys time with family and friends. Go ASTROS!

Jocelyn, Insurance Coordinator

Jocelyn is our insurance wizard, making magic happen behind the scenes to ensure every patient gets accurate estimates and details of their dental health benefits. Fluent in Vietnamese, she keeps our insurance charts running like clockwork.

When she’s not battling with insurance companies or powering through her nursing studies, Jocelyn is jamming out to Pierce the Veil, Laufey, and Seventeen, or geeking out over her all-time favorite character… Snoopy. Yep, she’s a full-on Snoopy superfan!

Tyn, Dental Hygienist

Tyn has been part of our team since 2021, and with over 10 years of dental experience, she’s the calming, detail-loving presence that makes her patients feel seen and valued. Fluent in Tagalog and a pro at creating a stress-free vibe, she’s the kind of person everyone wants on their healthcare team.

It’s no secret that she loves makeup, hair, and fashion. Tyn is a true creative soul—she loves crafting, creating, and curating her visions into life. Out of the office and when she’s not with her son and husband, Tyn is a textile and fiber art artist, creating one-of-a-kind pieces. Check out her work @tyntedesigns and give her a follow!
